Mince Pie Cinnamon Rolls

Mince Pie Cinnamon Rolls



We are going to start by making the dough. In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and sugar. Heat the mixture to just warm, about 37 degrees or similar to a warm bath. Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the warm mixture and leave it to sit to activate the yeast. If the mixture is too warm you will kill the yeast. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Pour the yeast mixture into the dry and mix with a wooden spoon until just combined.


Cover the bowl with a towel or plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for 1 hour. It should double in size.
