An almond based cookie with a frangipane centre topped with flaked almonds and a dusting of icing sugar. No shaping and no eggs required, this honestly takes just like the real thing in literally half the time.

We start by creaming together butter and sugar, before adding in your yoghurt of choice. Using almond extract and ground almonds it’s got that delicate almond flavour with a subtle rise from the self raising flour. For that extra indulgent taste a layer of frangipane is baked in the centre, before being topped with flaked almonds. The result is a gooey, buttery almond croissant cookie bar which you really need to try!
