Brown Butter Miso Caramel Cookie Pie

Made with rich brown butter, melty dark chocolate, gooey caramel and salty miso this cookie pie has an incredible sweet yet savoury flavour. With  perfectly crisp and chewy edges and a tender gooey centre this cookie pie is completely irrestiable. 

For this recipe you won’t need any eggs and you can also use dairy free ingredients. 

Brown Butter Miso Caramel Cookie Pie

We start by creaming together the butter and sugar before adding in the miso paste and yoghurt. The dry ingredients are folded in along with chocolate chips before being pressed into the bottom of a springform pan. The salted caramel is sandwiched in the middle for that incredible gooey centre. Baked until golden its covered with a sprinkle of salt before being served with ice cream.
