Sticky Pistachio and Honey Pudding

This is my Sticky Pistachio and Honey Pudding. It has the gooey moist texture of a sticky toffee pudding that you know combined with delicate, sweet notes of honey and nutty pistachio flavour. 

My recipe is egg-free and can be made without dairy, plus it’s super simple to make.

Sticky Pistachio and Honey Pudding

We start by making a gooey date paste for that gorgeous soft texture. For that lovely caramel honey flavour we are using brown sugar and honey plus ground pistachios for that hint of salty nutty flavour. It’s baked until golden and then covered in an indulgent honey toffee sauce which soaks through the sponge for that gooey texture which you just can’t beat. Serve with ice cream or custard for an irresistible dessert!
