Molten Biscoff Brownies

Rich gooey chocolate brownies complete with crinkle top and full of oozing biscoff spread… it’s hard not to fall in love with them! The recipe doesn’t require any eggs and can be made without dairy plus they are super simple to make.

Molten Biscoff Brownies

The brownie starts with melted butter, sugar and chocolate before mixed in with the dry ingredients for that deep glossy colour and gooey texture. The biscoff is sandwiched between two layers of brownie mixture for that oozing caramlised biscuit centre. Once baked they are served with ice cream for an impressive yet simple dessert.
