Eggless Lemon Butter Cake


Gooey, soft, buttery, and packed with lemon flavour. 


It’s almost like a lemon bar meets cheesecake with a buttery lemon cake base which is covered with a gooey lemon cream. This sinks into the cake as it bakes, creating a tender and moist cake packed with lemon flavour.







Eggless Lemon Butter Cake


We start by rubbing lemon zest into sugar before whisking in the butter for that rich zesty flavour and texture. Yoghurt binds the ingredients together then then dry ingredients are folded in.  The gooey lemon cream is poured on top before being baked until golden and left to set. Finished with a dusting of icing sugar the result is the gooiest lemon cake that almost melts in your mouth.
