Caramel Macadamia Latte Cake

Three layers of the softest coffee infused sponge filled with gooey caramel, buttery caramel frosting and crushed macadamia nuts. This cake is inspired by the Starbucks drink with notes of coffee and buttery flavour. 

No eggs are required and can be made without dairy!

The sponge is made in just one bowl and the caramel is made with only three ingredients. It’s layered with a velvety caramel buttercream and of course, it wouldn’t be one of my cakes without a caramel drip topping. This cake doesn’t require any eggs and can be made without dairy.
