Made without eggs or dairy, we start by making the chocolate cupcakes by combining dairy free buttermilk, yoghurt, oil and sugar with dark cocoa powder, self raising flour and espresso powder. Once baked until tender and soft they are filled with espresso ganache which oozes out into every single bite. Sealed with the creamiest espresso buttercream to highlight the coffee flavour, these cupcakes are a coffee lovers dream.
