Flourless Chocolate Cake

It’s almost like fudge cake meets chocolate brownie with the gooiest texture and the most indulgent chocolate flavour.

For this recipe, you obviously won’t need any flour, but you also won’t need eggs and can use dairy-free ingredients for a full vegan bake. 

Flourless Chocolate Cake

We start by melting dark chocolate with coconut cream for that fudgey chocolate ganache texture. Light brown sugar is used for sweetness and coconut yoghurt to bind the ingredients together. Cornflour, ground almonds and cocoa powder are mixed in with a pinch of baking powder for a slight rise. Baked to form that beautiful crinkle top the cake is finished with a dusting of icing sugar for a simple yet indulgent dessert.
