This is my Caramelised Banana Upside Down Cake. With the tender moist sponge of a Banana Bread that you know and love topped with golden caramelised banana coins. It’s made without eggs or dairy and the best part is, it’s super simple to make. 

Completely vegan and so easy to make!

Caramelised Banana Upside Down Cake

The banana coins are spread over a layer of sugar and butter which browns whilst baking to create that gorgeous gooey caramel flavour and colour. The sponge is made in just one bowl and is poured over the banana, baked until golden and then flipped over to a serving plate for an impressive yet simple cake.
