Almond Caramel Cake

Three layers of moist almond sponge filled with gooey almond caramel wrapped in caramel buttercream. Finished with a caramel drip topping and flaked almonds this cake is sweet and nutty with a beautiful soft texture. 

 For this recipe, you won’t need any eggs or any dairy, and the best part is it’s super simple to make!

Almond Caramel Cake

We start by making my one bowl almond sponge which is baked in three 6 inch tins. Between each layer is my gooey almond caramel which is made using only three simple ingredients - almond butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup. Wrapped in caramel buttercream and finished with a caramel drip topping this cake is perfect for celebrations.
