Chocolate Stuffed Brioche Tear & Share

This is my Chocolate Stuffed Brioche Tear & Share. Golden, buttery soft brioche pockets stuffed with gooey chocolate hazelnut. Made using only 7 ingredients it is light and pillowy with that melt-in-your-mouth texture and an indulgent centre that oozes with melty Nutella flavour. The recipe doesn’t require any eggs or dairy and the best part is, it’s super simple to make.  

Chocolate Stuffed Brioche Tear & Share

We start by making the brioche dough, adding the butter slowly for that fluffy and tender crumb that melts in your mouth. The dough is split into eight equal parts and filled with chocolate hazelnut spread before being carefully sealed and left to rise for that pillowy soft texture. They are baked until golden and finished with a dusting of icing sugar for an indulgent breakfast treat or dessert perfect Valentines Day.
