Caramel Mocha Mousse Cake

This is my Caramel Mocha Mousse Cake. It has a layer of moist chocolate espresso sponge topped with creamy salted caramel mousse. It’s finished with a gooey salted caramel drip topping for that gorgeous Salted Mocha flavour. The recipe doesn’t require eggs or dairy plus it’s super simple to make.

We start by making my one-bowl chocolate cake for the first layer. For the creamy caramel mousse, we are using my 3 ingredient caramel which is whipped with cream for that beautiful light texture. It’s finished with a gooey caramel drip topping and a dusting of cocoa powder for an impressive yet simple dessert.
