Biscoff Tres Leches Cake

Triple milk, triple Biscoff... this cake has a super moist biscoff sponge soaked in a biscoff infused triple milk mixture topped with a sweet whipped cream and crushed Biscoff biscuits. It’s so soft and tender with a gorgeous caramelised biscuit flavour.

No eggs are required and can be made without dairy for a fully vegan cake!

Biscoff Tres Leches Cake

It starts with a simple one-bowl sponge which is baked until golden. The sponge is poked with holes and then covered in a triple milk mixture which is a combination of coconut milk, condensed milk, and almond milk plus smooth Biscoff spread for that caramelised biscuit flavour.

After a double soak with the milk, it's popped in the fridge overnight so the milk can absorb into the sponge. The next day it’s covered with whipped cream and crushed Biscoff biscuits,
