Almond Milk Latte Tres Leches

Super moist almond sponge soaked in a coffee triple milk mixture. Covered in velvety whipped almond cream and flaked almonds, this cake has notes of coffee and almond throughout. My recipe is egg-free and can be made without dairy, and the best part is, it’s super simple to make.
