Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

Four layers of moist chocolate sponge layered with a creamy peanut butter filling wrapped in a silky chocolate ganache 

Made without eggs or dairy, this cake is rich and fudgey with all the flavour you know and love about a peanut butter cup. 

Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake

We start by making my one bowl chocolate sponge with dark cocoa powder and light brown sugar for that rich dark chocolate flavour. The peanut butter filling is slathered on top of each layer and used as a crumb coat to the exterior of the cake. A two ingredient chocolate ganache is wrapped around the outside to tie the rich, creamy, nutty flavours together.
