Chocolate Tahini Caramel Cake

This is my Chocolate Tahini Caramel Cake. It’s got three layers of moist and fudgey chocolate sponge layered with creamy tahini chocolate buttercream and filled with the most delicious tahini caramel. My recipe is egg free and dairy free, and the best part is, it’s super simple to make!

Chocolate Tahini Caramel Cake

The sponge is made in just one bowl and starts with buttermilk to create a soft and tender crumb. Using tahini, the sponge is incredibly moist with a subtle nutty flavour that pairs perfectly with the rich chocolate. The buttercream is creamy and smooth and each layer is filled with my three ingredient gooey tahini caramel. This the ultimate chocolate cake for all my chocolate lovers.
